Installation and Setup
Borche will assist you in setting up and installing the machine in your factory. Afterwards, our technicians will train your staff on how to optimally use your injection molding machines and guide you through suggested maintenance.
Customer Technician Training
After the machines have been installed onsite, Borche technicians will arrive at the customer’s site to train their machine operators and technicians to safely handle the machines from beginning to end.
On a yearly basis, Borche will send one of our technicians to do a complete walkthrough inspection and calibration analysis of your injection molding machine to ensure repeatability, minimal maintenance cost and maximum uptime.
Anytime a customers encounters any problem with their machines, they are suggested to contact Borche customer support in order to minimize downtime. Within 24 hours, customers can communicate directly with Borche technicians to resolve their issue.
